Do you service pens, kennels and dog runs?

We most certainly do! The price won’t change unless you want the area power washed. In that case we will need access to your water supply. We will use your hoses and charge only an extra $20.00 for a hose and brush wash or $30.00 for a high power pressure wash. When we are finished we will sanitize the area. For an extra fee we will pressure wash any other hard surface you desire.

Can you work with my dog in the yard?

In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not allow us into the yard. If you know your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to service your yard properly, then we will ask you to restrain or confine the dog. If nobody is home we will note it and return when dog is restrained.

Do I have to be home when you clean my yard?

No. However, we will need access to your yard. We request that you have your gate unlocked on your service day.

Is there an extra charge for the first time cleaning?

New clients are subject to an initial cleanup fee. Initial cleanup fee is charged because the first cleaning is normally a much bigger job. This will be discussed with you in advance and payment is due upon completion of service. In some cases the yards have been so well maintained that this charge is unnecessary. Spring cleaning is the most difficult cleaning of the year; we gladly service one time seasonal clients. Sign up early March to get your yard “Clean Paws Clean” and ready for you to enjoy.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?

Sure! One-time-only or short-term service may be easily arranged.

What if I want to move a day or suspend service?

You will not be charged as long as you notify us by either phone or preferably by email within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled date of service. If the dog will be gone from the yard for an extended period of time, contact us and we will gladly put your service on hold so you will not be charged for those days.
