Who is Clean Paws and what do you do?

Clean Paws is a Professional pet waste removal service that is dedicated to pets and pet owners. We are based in Midland, Michigan and service Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Sanford, Mount Pleasant and Alma. We want to make your home a happier, safer and cleaner place to live. We clean residential and commercial properties of unwanted dog waste. Believe it or not, we like the dodo business! We enjoy the outdoors, love dogs of all kind, and are service oriented.

The purpose of Clean Paws is to make pet ownership as delightful and dodo free as possible. Our goal is to insure that you have more free time to enjoy your pets by handling, cleaning and disposing of pet waste for you.Making your outdoor space free of the nuisance of pet waste is our goal. We want your yard to be clean and inviting for children and guests to enjoy without the fear of an embarrassing game of “Who Stepped in It.” Last, but not least, we want our four legged companions to have “Clean Paws” so they can enjoy the love and attention of their owners, and if permitted, the sofa with the rest of the family.

Why Remove Pet waste?

We could write a paper on how unhealthy pet waste is, but I’ll spare you the details. Pet waste can carry viruses and worms and it’s loaded with fecal bacteria that can potentially contaminate other pets and even humans. And, Oh Ya it smells too! But there is no need to worry about that if you remember two words, remove and vaccinate.

The very best way to avoid contamination is to keep all pet vaccinations and checkups current, next, simply remove at least weekly all pet waste from the property and depending on your conditions you may want to consider spot yard sanitation. Does Clean Paws offer Lawn Sanitation?

Yes, we offer a spot sanitizer to reduce the risk of health hazards. This cost $3.00 an application for weekly customers, and is recommended for those that have a higher risk of pets tracking in and those whose pets have looser stools. If you want a larger area sanitized we can work out a price. Our total yard sanitation starts at $25.00 and is part of our “Clean Paws Yard” package.

What is a Clean Paws Yard?

A “Clean Paws Yard” is our premium clean yard service. First we remove all pet waste from the yard and spot sanitize the yard using our amazing sanitation agent! This kills all the germs and potential viruses and bacteria that may be left in the yard. Our sanitizing agent is pet safe and will not harm the grass. Then we brush and bucket shrub and sanitize any decks or patios. When we are done your yard is “Clean Paws Clean” and ready to enjoy.

What does your company mean by “Satisfaction Guaranteed?”

We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it’s the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We are working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service. We will always strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard as soon as possible, or by crediting your account so you won’t be charged.

Do you leave information with us after a service call?

You will receive a note describing what services were done, a “Stool Report” and any addition comments that may be necessary. A Stool Report informs you on the stool found in yard. If it looks firm and healthy without breaking apart, we will tell you. We will also let you know if it is loose or if we see any parasites. Please keep in mind that we are not veterinarians and make no claim to be. We only report what we see. Since you no longer pick up your dogs waste we will keep an eye out for you.
